Notification to Shareholders of the Renaissance Global Best Ideas Fund IC Limited

Please be advised that the Supplement for the above Fund will be amended on the 10th of April 2019, hereafter the “Effective Date”, implementing the following changes:

    On the Effective Date:
  • The Dealing Day will be amended to mean each Business Day;
  • Subject to any liquidity constraints applicable to the Cell’s investments, the proceeds of redemption will be paid to investors within 5 Business Days after the relevant Dealing Day.

Copies of the Fund Supplement dated the 23rd of May 2018; as well as the Fund Supplement dated the 10th of April 2019 (reflecting the above changes) are available via the links below.
